I’m Jules Fredrick, an incurable wanderer and ardent animal lover.
Since my teenage years, I’ve loved traveling and experiencing different cultures, customs and characters. I’ve never been content to stay put for too long, always researching information for my next big adventure. Fortunately, I married someone who shared my love of animals, and he (referred to as Diddy), quickly caught the traveling bug.
We’ve visited many countries around the world, including Bhutan, New Zealand, Laos, Nepal and much of Europe and Latin America. We recently became certified by the American Sailing Association as Bareboat Charter Captains and are planning a really big trip in the future.
Our 3 rescued dogs, Kismet, Roxie and Chance, are a huge part of our life. We really don’t like to travel for too long without them, especially given Kismet’s advanced age (he’s 14). Hence our reasoning behind purchasing a used pop-up camper. We decided that we would travel with our pups-they are ambassadors of pet rescue and adoption, as well as spay/neuter.
We hope you enjoy our blog, and if you see us on the road, please honk and wave.
